Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

IMED TECH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
NOTE: Customers are responsible for proper packing; damaged items during shipping may be denied.
IMEDTECH tests returned products and may impose fees for misrepresented conditions or shipping damage.
Refunds typically take 5 business days to process after receipt at our fulfillment center.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to IMEDTECH error.
For non-returnable items, a note will appear under the item description.

For Non-defective items, you may return them within 30 days from receiving them. However, 10% restocking fees will apply. All return freight charges are the customer's responsibility.

If you’ve received your order and items or accessories are missing or wrong please contact us with a detailed message describing what you did receive. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We allow cancellations if the order has not been shipped for a full refund minus credit card processing fees, if applicable.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The order must go through the return process.

If you refuse the order upon delivery, the standard return policy for the item will apply.

No penalty applies for canceling an order before shipment, except for special/custom orders.

Installation fees can be canceled up to 48 hours before the service is performed.

Service contracts or warranties can be canceled within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty
Refurbished items come with 90 days warranty. New items are covered with a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and recommendations, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.

Eligible Products for Returns
Items ordered from our website can be returned for FREE within 30 days of receipt of domestic shipment (in most cases).​

Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund, or upgrade within 30 days of receiving them.

Our return policy depends upon the condition of the item.

Return Process Details

Returns for items purchased directly from IMEDTECH must be requested via email at sales@imedtechcorp.com.

If a device is reported as damaged or defective, troubleshooting is required before authorizing the return.

Items must be returnable, unopened, and unused. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Items must be in their original packaging with unbroken safety seals.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving delivery.

Once authorized, returns must be sent to IMEDTECH within 14 business days.

For freight products, IMEDTECH waives any shipping charges for damaged or defective item(s). However, if an item is received operating properly when returned or if the damage is due to improper packing by the customer, MFI may impose fees, or our returns department may deny the return.
International Shipments:

International shipments may be returned to our facility using the shipping method of your choice.

Initial shipping costs, including taxes and duties, are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for scheduling and paying for the return shipping costs.
